About the role

Hospitality Standards est. is seeking a full‑time Cost Controller to join its team in Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on monitoring and managing cost structures within the hospitality and food‑and‑beverage operations, ensuring financial efficiency and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cost analysis and maintain accurate cost accounting records.
• Implement and oversee effective cost‑control measures across the organization.
• Prepare regular financial reports and present findings to management.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to manage budgets and ensure adherence to financial plans.
• Monitor budget performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proficiency in F&B cost control and cost‑management techniques.
• Strong background in food‑and‑beverage cost accounting and finance.
• Advanced analytical skills for assessing financial data.
• Experience in budget preparation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory standards (advantageous).
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CMA or CPA are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
