Country Head – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Wyndham is looking for a dynamic, commercially driven leader to serve as Country Head for Saudi Arabia. The role will oversee franchise operations, drive business development, and ensure commercial performance across the hotel portfolio in the Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and nurture relationships with hotel owners, franchise partners, and property leadership teams.
• Drive hotel performance through data‑driven analysis, action planning, and regular business reviews.
• Conduct on‑site visits, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure execution of agreed plans.
• Support new hotel openings to meet brand expectations and standards.
• Oversee brand compliance, quality assurance, and service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs such as guest satisfaction (OSAT/NPS), revenue performance, and compliance metrics.
• Identify and secure new franchise and management opportunities to expand brand presence in Saudi Arabia.
• Evaluate new projects against regional strategy, including feasibility assessments and due diligence.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading franchise operations and growing a hotel portfolio in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong track record in business development and commercial performance within the hospitality sector.
• Ability to work closely with owners, franchise partners, and internal teams to drive sustainable growth.
