Country Head - Saudi Arabia

About the role

ZAGHAMIZAGHAMI is seeking a Country Head to lead and grow its Saudi Arabian business. Reporting directly to the Board, the role carries full P&L responsibility and oversees the sales organisation across the Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full P&L for Saudi Arabia, including revenue, gross margin, cost base and profit.
• Manage a sales organisation of around ten people located in Dammam, Riyadh and Jeddah.
• Drive the specification agenda with consultants, PMCs and EPCs to achieve approved‑maker status.
• Maintain senior relationships with international principals and develop key accounts.
• Oversee working capital functions such as collections, inventory and stock‑to‑order conversion.

Required profile

• 12+ years in industrial or technical distribution serving oil & gas and industrial sectors, with at least 5 years of full country or regional P&L ownership.
• Proven track record of delivering SAR 100 m+ annual revenue and documented margin performance.
• Strong background in oil & gas, refineries, petrochemicals, power, utilities and plant maintenance markets.
• Extensive Saudi network across EPC contractors, consultants, industrial end‑users and the energy sector.
• Experience managing international principal or agency relationships, including joint business planning and approvals.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead and hold a distributed sales team accountable.
• Hunter mindset with a history of opening new accounts.
• Willingness to travel within the Kingdom and internationally as required.
• Transferable Iqama or eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia, valid Saudi driving licence, fluent English.
