Country Manager - Quantum Computing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced commercial leader to build and scale our Quantum Computing business in Saudi Arabia. This high‑impact role combines enterprise sales expertise with the ability to create, lead, and inspire high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for Saudi Arabia, aligning with global objectives while tailoring to local market dynamics.
• Take full responsibility for revenue performance, driving pipeline generation, accurate forecasting, disciplined deal execution, and leading high‑value strategic customer engagements.
• Build a world‑class commercial organisation by recruiting, developing, and retaining top‑performing sales talent and fostering a high‑accountability culture.
• Serve as the external face of the business, representing the company at customer meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships to establish market leadership.

Required profile

• MUST be a Saudi National.
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales.
• Understanding of Quantum Computing.
• Significant leadership experience scaling teams and revenue within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong track record of exceeding commercial targets in high‑growth environments.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi enterprise technology landscape and buying dynamics.
• Experience working within fast‑paced, global, matrixed organisations.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic relationship‑building skills.
