Country Operations Manager – Saudi Arabia (Female)

About the role

The Country Operations Manager will lead the overall operational performance, expansion and day‑to‑day execution of Omorfia Group’s multi‑brand portfolio across Saudi Arabia. This senior position holds full country‑level responsibility for business delivery, operational excellence, people leadership and administrative governance while ensuring brand standards and SOPs are consistently applied.

Key responsibilities

• Own country‑level P&L, revenue growth and profitability targets.
• Oversee daily operations across all locations to ensure service excellence and operational consistency.
• Lead expansion readiness, including pre‑opening staff training, operational setup and smooth launch of new sites.
• Drive workforce productivity, scheduling efficiency and staff cost optimisation.
• Manage administrative governance, facility standards and compliance with labour and municipal regulations.
• Monitor and control operational costs such as payroll, consumables and procurement.
• Act as the operational integrator between Group Leadership, Brand Heads and KSA execution teams.
• Ensure brand standards, SOPs and service protocols are executed in line with brand governance frameworks.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of multi‑site operations leadership, preferably in retail, hospitality, beauty or wellness sectors.
• Proven track record managing multi‑brand or multi‑concept portfolios.
• Hands‑on experience with Saudi market operations and regulatory landscape.
• Strong commercial and operational acumen with P&L ownership.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver commercial performance and drive profitability.
