Couriers Insurance Operations Manager

About the role

Keetab, an independent brand under Meituan, is expanding its rider protection system across the Middle East. The Couriers Insurance Operations Manager will lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of insurance solutions for delivery riders in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research on rider insurance practices in Middle Eastern food‑delivery markets.
• Design standardised insurance product portfolios that address regional rider needs.
• Lead group‑insurance negotiations with major insurers and coordinate implementation with delivery partners.
• Streamline claims processes, resolve language barriers, and ensure compliance‑ready disclosure and dispute‑resolution mechanisms.
• Develop a digital insurance platform for policy management and claims tracking, including operational monitoring tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance product design, group‑insurance projects, or related operations.
• Proven ability to conduct market research and create structured, data‑driven solutions.
• Experience building business systems from the ground up is a plus.
• Fluent English with strong analytical and business insight skills.
