Creative 3D & Spatial Designer Executive

About the role

The Creative 3D & Spatial Designer Executive is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Riyadh. You will be responsible for conceiving and developing immersive spatial concepts for events, exhibitions, interiors and brand activations, turning client briefs into compelling three‑dimensional experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop immersive spatial concepts for events, exhibitions, interiors and brand activations.
• Create 3D visualisations, layouts and walkthroughs using industry‑standard software.
• Translate client briefs into detailed spatial designs and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects and fabrication teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project objectives.
• Prepare design presentations, mood boards and technical documentation.
• Participate in site visits and coordinate with production and construction teams during implementation.
• Ensure all designs meet safety, quality and budget standards.

Required profile

• Strong creativity and creative‑strategy capabilities for developing innovative spatial concepts.
• Effective communication skills for clear collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in event design, exhibitions, interior fit‑out or experiential environments, preferably in a multidisciplinary or agency setting.
• Understanding of materials, fabrication methods, construction details and safety standards for temporary and permanent installations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Spatial Design, Industrial Design or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with 3D design and visualisation tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Competence in CAD software for spatial planning and technical drawings.
