Creative Designer & Content Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Designer & Content Lead to own the end‑to‑end creative and content function for Saudi Bridge. The role combines visual design, copywriting and strategic content planning, working closely with leadership to translate strategy, partnerships and programs into clear, credible, high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual content for social media, presentations, one‑pagers, event materials and announcements while ensuring consistency with the Saudi Bridge brand.
• Create clean, professional designs that meet government‑level standards, avoiding agency‑style fluff.
• Write and refine social media posts, thought‑leadership pieces, program and partnership announcements, translating complex ideas into concise messaging.
• Develop monthly content plans aligned with business priorities, proposing themes, post types and narratives for partnerships, programs, events and strategic milestones.
• Support event‑related content before, during and after events, coordinating with leadership and external vendors as needed.
• Maintain a consistent tone and positioning that reflects Saudi Bridge’s mission to make Saudi Arabia a global hub for innovation and investment.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in content creation, design or related creative roles, preferably in startups, scale‑ups or fast‑moving organisations.
• Strong sense of brand, structure and visual storytelling, with the ability to operate independently as the first creative hire.
• Self‑starter who can think strategically, balance creativity with structure and deliver high‑quality work without heavy supervision.
• Someone who cares about quality, clarity and credibility and can both design and write.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma.
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite (or similar design tools).
