Creative Specialist

About the role

The Creative Specialist will work full‑time on‑site in Riyadh, shaping visual narratives and copy that support Right Direction Co.’s branding and marketing initiatives across cosmetics, health, wellness and healthcare sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original creative concepts and visual assets for multi‑channel campaigns and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and business development teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling digital content and brand storytelling.
• Write and refine copy for websites, social media, presentations and other platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, prepare creative presentations and adapt content for diverse Saudi audiences.

Required profile

• Strong creativity and ability to generate original ideas for multi‑channel campaigns.
• Effective communication skills for presenting ideas and working cross‑functionally.
• Experience in marketing, advertising or creative roles within FMCG, cosmetics, health or healthcare sectors.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, media or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Competence in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote).
• Familiarity with basic digital content platforms.
