About the role
Rotana Hotels & Resorts is seeking a proactive Credit Manager to lead its Credit Department. The role ensures smooth credit operations, compliance with policies, and excellent service to guests and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Verify credit applications of new customers and assess creditworthiness.
- Establish credit limits and communicate acceptance or rejection to customers.
- Prepare and distribute monthly lists of authorized credit accounts to Front Office, Reservations, Food & Beverage, and Sales teams.
- Review credit check and high‑balance reports, and send monthly statements to credit customers.
- Follow up on outstanding balances to secure timely payments.
- Conduct monthly credit meetings and obtain approvals for bad‑debt write‑offs.
Required profile
- Degree in Hotel Management or Accounting.
- Minimum two years of experience in a hotel finance environment.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across hotel departments.
