CS Training & Development Manager

About the role

The CS Training & Development Manager will lead the up‑skilling of customer service teams, ensuring service excellence across DHL’s Saudi operations. You will work closely with senior CS managers and regional leaders to design, deliver and monitor training programmes that raise performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive service excellence by identifying process gaps and implementing improvement programmes.
• Coach and train CS personnel in collaboration with CS Section Managers.
• Support quality audits and monitor compliance with service standards.
• Assist in career progression planning for CS staff.
• Partner with Regional Office managers to roll out region‑specific projects, including a Mystery Shopper programme.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in customer service training or related functions.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with managers at all levels.
