CSP Specialist – Channel Service Partner

About the role
We are looking for a CSP Specialist to manage daily Channel Service Partner operations, maintain partner relationships, and drive performance improvements across our logistics network in Riyadh.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily CSP operations and maintain partner relationships.
- Monitor CSP KPIs and operational performance.
- Analyze under‑performing zones and delivery areas and drive improvement.
- Follow up on key KPIs such as OFD, DPD, SPR, COD, reverse logistics and complaints.
- Visit CSP stations regularly to check on‑site operations.
- Create improvement plans for under‑performing CSPs and ensure execution.
- Support new CSP development, onboarding, and daily operations.
Required profile
- Experience in logistics, courier, 3PL, or last‑mile delivery.
- Preferred experience managing CSP/DSP or driver teams.
- Ability to work on‑site and travel within the assigned area.
- Good English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
- Strong communication and execution abilities.
