About the role
We are looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join Tamara’s Customer Experience team in Riyadh. The advisor will handle inbound customer interactions via phone, email and live chat, providing accurate information about Tamara’s fintech services and ensuring a seamless experience for our users.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls, emails and live chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Identify customer questions, concerns and needs, and provide clear, accurate solutions.
- Review customer accounts and transaction details to resolve issues.
- Explain Tamara’s services and features in detail.
- Follow communication scripts and meet support metrics while delivering high‑quality service.
Required profile
- University graduate.
- Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer issues and solve problems quickly.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computers and internet applications.
