Customer Care Officer

About the role

The Customer Care Officer is the first point of contact for members and parents of Al-Qadsiah Club’s Multisport Academy. You will deliver a professional, responsive, and welcoming experience throughout every stage of their journey, allowing coaching and operations staff to focus on their core duties.

Key responsibilities

• Handle member and parent enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, responding promptly and professionally.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Guide prospective members through the enrolment process, coordinate with sport team managers, and resolve registration issues.
• Build positive relationships with members, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve the member experience.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, registrations, and complaints; produce regular reports on volumes, response times, and satisfaction.
• Support operational systems, booking platforms, and payment tracking as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑facing or customer service role, preferably in sports, hospitality, or education.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, solution‑focused approach.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
