About the role
Fast Fit EMS Fitness is seeking a motivated Customer Care – Sales Specialist to join its Riyadh team. You will combine sales expertise with excellent customer service to meet targets while supporting clients through phone and email interactions in both Arabic and English.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Drive sales by promoting Fast Fit EMS fitness services and achieving monthly targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Professional, polished demeanor with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
