Customer Experience Agent/Associate

About the role

Join Maersk as a Customer Experience Agent/Associate in Jeddah, where you will support customers throughout their journey with the company. You will act as a primary point of contact, helping to onboard new clients, manage ongoing relationships, and resolve issues efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer communication channels and ensure timely responses.
• Handle case management, documenting issues and tracking resolutions.
• Assist with customer onboarding, guiding clients through processes and documentation.
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through proactive engagement.
• Support contract administration and dispute resolution when required.
• Escalate non‑routine problems to senior colleagues or supervisors as needed.

Required profile

• Limited prior experience in a customer‑facing role; entry‑level candidates are welcome.
• Ability to follow standardized procedures while exercising independent judgment within defined guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of Maersk’s services and processes.
