About the role

As a Customer Service Agent you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth interactions for our clients. The role requires strong communication in Arabic and English and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.
- Resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Escalate complex issues to the supervisor when needed.
- Record and update customer interactions in the system.
- Follow service level agreements (SLAs) and service standards.
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and retention.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or call center.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Ability to follow SLAs and maintain accurate records.
