Customer Service Hostess – Hotel Restaurant

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Hostess to join the restaurant team at Grand Hyatt The Red Sea. The role focuses on delivering a consistent, high-quality service experience to all guests, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, managing reservations and walk‑ins.
• Assist the service team during busy periods, supporting order taking and table turnover.
• Maintain accurate inventory of restaurant supplies and coordinate replenishment.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues to uphold service standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to ensure seamless service flow.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum two years of experience in hotel or restaurant operations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
