About the role
The Customer Experience team is looking for a proactive, customer‑focused professional to join our Dammam office. You will be responsible for delivering a high‑quality journey across multiple touchpoints, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting internal teams to ensure a consistent and positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and feedback through phone, email, chat, social media, and in‑person channels.
- Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer issues and complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up when needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and overall customer experience.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest service improvements.
- Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and quality guidelines.
- Contribute to reporting and tracking of satisfaction and performance metrics.
Required profile
- Any educational background or relevant experience in customer service or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
- Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with customer service tools or CRM systems (preferred).
