Customer Service Representative – Dammam

About the role

The Customer Experience team is looking for a proactive, customer‑focused professional to join our Dammam office. You will be responsible for delivering a high‑quality journey across multiple touchpoints, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting internal teams to ensure a consistent and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and feedback through phone, email, chat, social media, and in‑person channels.
• Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer issues and complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and overall customer experience.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest service improvements.
• Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and quality guidelines.
• Contribute to reporting and tracking of satisfaction and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Any educational background or relevant experience in customer service or related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with customer service tools or CRM systems (preferred).
