Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will handle price and quotation requests from customers via email or phone, follow up on pending quotes, and support the sales process by identifying new opportunities. The role requires a customer‑focused, action‑oriented individual who can maintain strong relationships and ensure accurate quoting.

Key responsibilities

• Engage proactively with customers through phone, email and web conferencing.
• Qualify leads, evaluate needs, develop solutions and close sales.
• Gather pricing and lead‑time information from standard price lists.
• Process sales invoices, quotations and provide status updates to clients.
• Resolve complaints by coordinating with internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including contact details and activity logs.
• Achieve sales targets by converting and expanding accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, terms and conditions, and applicable laws.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably with quoting responsibilities.
• Ability to read and interpret quotes, contracts, marketing materials and testing specifications.
• Strong written communication and report‑writing skills.
• Comfortable presenting information to groups of customers or employees.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
