Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, delivering a welcoming and professional front‑desk experience. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced, premium environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors in person, by phone or email, providing a warm and culturally appropriate first impression.
• Handle complaints and concerns efficiently, escalating unresolved matters to the appropriate department.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, security, and IT to meet customer needs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of services, facilities, policies and initiatives.
• Follow up proactively on open issues, service delivery and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Record interactions, visitor logs and service requests accurately in the system.
• Process customer requests such as facility bookings, access permissions and service forms.
• Identify and promote additional services or loyalty programs when appropriate.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or Customer Service.
• Minimum IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent to ensure effective English communication.
• Microsoft Office certification with proven proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Teams.
• At least 2 years of experience in a front‑desk or customer‑facing role.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
