Customer Service Representative – Quotations & Sales Support

About the role

Element Material Technology is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to manage price and quotation requests from customers via email and phone. The role focuses on straightforward RFQs for standard products, while also identifying sales opportunities through proactive engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming quotation enquiries, retrieve pricing and lead times from standard price lists, and issue quotes.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including contact details, activity logs, and follow‑up actions.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve complaints and provide status updates.
• Process sales invoices, track quotation status, and respond to information requests such as shipping dates.
• Build and nurture customer relationships to achieve sales goals and expand account penetration.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Element’s service offerings and participate in training sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably with quoting responsibilities.
• Strong ability to read and interpret contracts, testing specifications, and marketing materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
