Customer Service Representative – Recycling (Riyadh)

About the role
The Representative VI will act as the first point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and complaints related to Rassas Recycling products and services. Based in Riyadh, the role bridges customers and the sales team to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and process non‑routine customer inquiries and complaints.
- Serve as the communication link between customers and sales staff.
- Research and resolve a variety of customer issues, tracking order activity and alerting staff to potential delivery problems.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product lines, market initiatives, and regional logistics.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and follow‑up on internal and external complaints.
- Participate in team projects and suggest continuous‑improvement ideas.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma level education.
- 0‑2 years of experience in a similar customer‑service or sales‑support role.
- Valid medium‑truck driving licence.
- Good knowledge of the western, central and eastern provinces of Saudi Arabia.
