About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide professional support across phone, email and live‑chat channels. The role focuses on answering customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction while working within a shift‑based schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, email, and live chat.
• Handle complaints, escalating them to the appropriate level when necessary.
• Follow up on service requests and coordinate with relevant departments until completion.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.
• Work in rotating shifts to guarantee full coverage of office hours.
• Collaborate with other teams to meet departmental objectives.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer‑focused attitude.
• Strong ability to work in a team, manage time effectively, and handle work pressure.
