About the role
CsMena, a leading BPO provider in Riyadh, is looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to join its team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience across multiple communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve complaints and issues while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Follow established processes, quality standards, and service level agreements.
- Achieve individual and team targets for quality, productivity, and satisfaction.
- Deliver a consistent, positive customer experience in every interaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any related field.
- Previous experience in customer service, contact centre or support roles.
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent problem‑solving and customer‑handling skills.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

- Proficiency with computer systems and customer service platforms.
