About the role
This position is for a Saudi national to join a leading medical device company in Jeddah. The role focuses on managing customer orders, logistics, and after‑sales support while collaborating closely with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer orders, shipments, invoices, pricing and product availability.
- Coordinate shipments with logistics and follow up on delivery requirements.
- Provide after‑sales support, including returns, replacements, spare parts and claims.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure timely follow‑up.
- Support sales activities and customer events.
- Process returns, credit and debit notes and monitor blocked accounts.
Required profile
- Saudi national (nationalization requirement).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in customer service, order management, logistics or after‑sales support.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- PowerPoint and Outlook competence.
