About the role

Future Vision for Health Training, a Saudi company providing accredited healthcare training and diploma programs, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join its team in Madinah. The role involves handling customer inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring a smooth experience for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about courses, programs, diplomas, and services.
• Assist customers with registration, bookings, payments, and other inquiries.
• Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth experience.
• Handle complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending requests.
• Update and manage customer information using the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with professionalism and positivity.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
