About the role

Act as the front‑office representative for Corporate Customer Service at the branch, welcoming and assisting corporate clients and providing professional service.

Key responsibilities

Welcome and assist corporate clients visiting the branch.
Support clients with new account opening inquiries and follow‑up on status.
Assist with KYC update requirements and ongoing KYC cases.
Handle operational and account servicing inquiries.
Guide clients on required documents, forms and processes.
Coordinate with Relationship Managers and relevant teams to resolve requests.
Provide clear status updates on pending cases.
Manage client concerns and escalations until resolution.

Required profile

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good command of Arabic and English.
Interpersonal, problem‑solving and follow‑up abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requests.
Previous experience in customer service, banking or corporate banking preferred.
