Customer Success Manager

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager you will manage a portfolio of Seclore’s largest and most strategic customers, driving success, retention and account growth by ensuring they achieve their business outcomes with Seclore solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Work with clients to define critical goals and KPIs, guiding them to achieve those objectives.
• Lead discovery sessions with IT and business users to understand new use cases and system requirements.
• Design solutions that align with client needs using deep knowledge of Seclore’s product features.
• Create documentation such as business cases, usage scenarios, solution blueprints and FAQs.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure successful project milestones, go‑live, UAT sign‑off and rollout.
• Act as the primary liaison, building trusted relationships at all levels, including the C‑Suite.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience managing end‑to‑end customer relationships, preferably in SaaS or data‑security domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven consulting background with strong ability to build business cases and influence senior executives.
• Willingness to travel 60%+ of the time and work across global customer sites.

Required skills

• Experience with endpoint security products such as DLP, Classification and DRM.
• Knowledge of SaaS subscription solution offerings.
• Understanding of information cyber security concepts.
