About the role

The Customer Success team within Signature Success is seeking a driven, customer‑focused professional to act as the primary contact for Salesforce’s largest and highest‑profile accounts. You will partner with a small portfolio of strategic customers, aligning their business goals with the capabilities of the Salesforce platform to maximize value and ensure long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for all Signature deliverables, experience, renewal, and expansion for assigned accounts.
  • Maintain awareness of customer events, needs, risks, and value drivers, and proactively address them.
  • Act as trusted advisor, translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions and guiding adoption.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and ISVs to resolve major incidents and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop deep technical understanding of each customer’s Salesforce implementation and share best‑practice methodologies.

  • Strong focus on customer success and ability to act as a trusted advisor.
  • Professionalism, collaboration ability, and quick learning of new technologies.

Required skills
