Customer Success Specialist

About the role

YOUGotaGift is seeking a proactive Customer Success Specialist to nurture client relationships, drive satisfaction, and support growth. You will be the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing value delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep relationships with assigned accounts.
• Proactively manage customer portfolios to boost satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
• Lead onboarding processes and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Conduct regular business reviews, provide performance insights, and recommend optimizations.
• Identify growth opportunities, drive upselling, cross‑selling, and contract renewals.
• Track customer health metrics and anticipate issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to address client needs.
• Provide training and guidance to maximize product utilization.
• Maintain accurate account records in CRM systems.
• Advocate for client feedback and monitor industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Support, or related roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven track record of revenue growth through account management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field (preferred).
• Genuine passion for customer satisfaction.
