About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to deliver world‑class service to our GCC customers from our Saudi Arabia office. You will be the voice of our customers, handling calls, chats and emails with empathy and problem‑solving expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services and policies.
- Resolve complaints by coordinating with relevant internal teams.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and feedback.
- Identify improvement opportunities in support processes.
- Assist in onboarding new customers and guide them through the rental process.
- Relay customer insights to product and development teams.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer support role.
- Native‑level proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to work onsite in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
