About the role
Join our Smart Technology Solutions team as a Customer Support Trainee and help deliver excellent service across phone, email, and chat channels. You will work under supervision, gaining hands‑on experience while learning about our products and support processes.
Key responsibilities
- Handle basic customer inquiries and troubleshoot simple issues.
- Document interactions accurately and follow up on pending cases.
- Escalate complex problems to senior support staff.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve service skills.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in SMART Products, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Friendly, patient, and customer‑focused attitude.
- Quick learner who works well in a team.

- Basic computer literacy.
