Customs Clearance Agent

About the role

JD Logistics is seeking a Customs Clearance Agent to manage import and export customs processes for shipments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will work within a technology‑driven supply chain environment, ensuring that all customs declarations are accurate, compliant, and processed on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end customs clearance for KSA inbound and outbound shipments, guaranteeing timely release.
• Operate daily on the Fasah and Bayan platforms, submitting declarations, tracking shipment status, calculating duties/taxes, and handling release management.
• Review and validate customs documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, HS codes, declared values, and country of origin.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies through SABER and other approval channels to secure necessary clearances.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with KSA customs regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in customs clearance or related logistics functions.
• Strong knowledge of KSA customs clearance procedures and regulations.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in data processing and document verification.
