C&W Communication Demand Management Analyst

About the role

The Communication Demand Management Analyst will support and coordinate the end‑to‑end management of C&W marketing communication demand. The role ensures that communication requests are captured, prioritized, tracked and executed in line with corporate relations strategies, governance and approval processes. It also maintains the communication calendar, monitors performance and prepares dashboards for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage C&W marketing communication demand from request capture through execution, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.
• Develop, maintain and regularly update the annual C&W communications calendar in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate public‑relations and media activities across local, regional and global channels together with Corporate Relations.
• Manage ad‑hoc communication requests, assess scope, urgency, dependencies and required approvals.
• Track campaign performance, analyse results and provide insights to improve future planning.
• Maintain dashboards and periodic reports on communication activity, performance and award submissions.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in marketing communication, preferably within a large telecommunications organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
