Cyber Security Manager

About the role

PayLink is seeking a Cyber Security Manager to protect its digital payment platforms and internal technology environment. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Al Khobar (or Makkah) and reports to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve security policies, procedures and controls across applications, networks and information systems.
• Manage security monitoring, incident response and daily security operations.
• Conduct regular risk and vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation with technical teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
• Lead security awareness initiatives and produce reports and metrics for senior management.
• Evaluate and recommend new security tools and technologies to strengthen the overall security posture.

Required profile

• Strong cybersecurity and information‑security background with experience building security frameworks and policies.
• Network security expertise, including firewall management and threat monitoring.
• Application security experience covering secure software development, code reviews and protection of web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in vulnerability assessment, risk analysis and coordination of remediation activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field; professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CEH are preferred.
• Proven experience in security operations, incident response and compliance within financial services or fintech.
• More than 5 years of experience in a licensed Saudi entity and Saudi nationality.
