Cyber Security Specialist – Immediate Join, 5+ Years Experience

About the role

Technology Track is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Specialist to join its Riyadh office immediately. The role focuses on designing, implementing and maintaining security controls across applications, networks and information systems to protect client environments from evolving threats.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor security events, analyze alerts and investigate incidents in real time.
• Coordinate remediation actions with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and system hardening.
• Review and improve secure architecture and enforce security policies and standards.
• Support compliance initiatives, prepare security documentation and generate reports.
• Provide security awareness guidance to internal stakeholders and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in cybersecurity, preferably within ICT services, consulting or managed security.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH or GIAC are highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with the capacity to work collaboratively with technical and non‑technical teams.
• Immediate or short‑notice availability to work on‑site in Riyadh.

Required skills

• Threat analysis, risk assessment and incident response.
• Network security: firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, segmentation and secure network design.
• Application security: secure SDLC, code‑review support, vulnerability management for web and mobile apps.
• Hands‑on experience with SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners, DLP and endpoint protection platforms.
