Cybersecurity Engineer (0-2 yrs) – Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Saudi national to join our security team as a Cybersecurity Engineer. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience who want to build a solid foundation in protecting critical systems and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse security alerts and incidents.
• Support vulnerability assessments and penetration‑testing activities.
• Assist in the management and maintenance of security tools such as SIEM, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
• Perform log analysis and threat‑detection tasks.
• Help with patching, system hardening, and compliance activities.
• Contribute to security audits and documentation.
• Stay updated on emerging threats and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience or recent graduation.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Saudi nationality (required).

Required skills

• Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles (OWASP Top 10, threat basics).
• Linux and Windows security fundamentals.
• Familiarity with security tools such as Wireshark and Nmap.
• Experience with SIEM, firewalls, and endpoint security solutions.
