Cybersecurity Engineer – OT/ICS & Industrial Networks

About the role

Air Products is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to support the implementation, validation and documentation of cybersecurity controls across its GHE site systems, OT/ICS environments and industrial networks. The role focuses on ensuring compliance, hardening, and secure remote access for critical plant infrastructure in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, validate and document cybersecurity controls for OT/ICS and digital twin (DT) infrastructure.
• Support cyber site acceptance testing, including preparation, execution, evidence capture and defect tracking.
• Collect, validate and review proof‑of‑compliance documentation, network diagrams, system architecture and firewall rules.
• Assist with cyber hygiene activities, vendor compliance reviews and remediation of identified gaps.
• Perform system hardening, firewall configuration reviews, password management and secure remote access controls.
• Participate in walkthroughs, field verification and technical reviews of cybersecurity controls.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in cybersecurity or related technical support.
• Familiarity with OT/ICS environments and industrial network segmentation.
