Cybersecurity Operations Center Lead

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to head our Cybersecurity Operations Center (SOC). The role involves guiding L1 and L2 analysts, conducting advanced incident response, and delivering strategic security consulting to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate response to critical security incidents, mentoring SOC L1/L2 analysts.
• Perform advanced threat hunting, malware analysis, memory forensics, and digital forensics.
• Develop and maintain incident response playbooks, SOPs, and SOC performance metrics.
• Integrate threat intelligence into MSSP operations and collaborate with internal threat‑hunting and engineering teams.
• Provide consulting and advisory services, acting as primary contact for key clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in SOC operations, incident response, and threat hunting.
• Proven leadership experience managing security analysts and delivering client‑focused services.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex threat data into actionable recommendations.
