Data Analysis Director

Riyadh Holding Company seeks a senior Data Analysis Director to build and lead the enterprise analytics function for the King Abdullah Gardens programme, delivering a trusted data foundation and executive‑grade insights across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and scale the enterprise analytics function, including platform architecture, technology stack, operating model, governance framework, talent strategy, and vendor ecosystem.
• Architect and govern the enterprise data lake, ETL ecosystem, BI platforms, and model‑deployment environment as a unified and trusted data foundation.
• Deliver executive‑grade analytics and reporting that provide the CEO, C‑Suite, and Board with timely, accurate, and actionable visibility into programme performance, financial health, strategic objectives, risk exposure, and counterparty outcomes.
• Define and institutionalise enterprise KPI and KRI frameworks, ensuring consistent reporting standards and decision‑making transparency.
• Design, implement, and continuously enhance enterprise risk analytics capability, including risk registers, predictive risk models, and scenario analysis.
• Enable near real‑time monitoring of contractual KPIs and SLAs across all counterparties to strengthen compliance and early risk detection.
• Build advanced analytics capabilities across ticketing, visitation, CAFM (Maximo), and operational platforms to optimise revenue, customer experience, asset reliability, and predictive maintenance.
• Champion enterprise‑wide data governance, ensuring clear ownership, quality standards, classification frameworks, lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance with NDMO, NCA, and PDPL requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise analytics, business intelligence, data engineering or advanced analytics, preferably in regulated or large capital‑programme organisations.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
