Data Analysis Expert

About the role

The Data Analysis Expert will support organisational units by delivering insightful indicators, analytical reports, and data-driven studies. This role ensures the collection, storage, and processing of data to enable senior management to make informed strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain data collection mechanisms and data warehouses for analytical purposes.
• Produce historical and current operational views using data warehouse and operational data.
• Support senior management with data‑driven decision making through reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with the Data Management Office to enforce data handling policies.
• Train end users on data interpretation and analysis methodologies.
• Manage IT components for business intelligence and analytics projects.
• Extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources using appropriate technologies.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex datasets and communicate findings.
• Ensure data quality, conduct statistical analyses, and document results.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, KPI tracking, and statistical techniques.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and present analytical insights clearly.
• Compliance with organizational work controls, cybersecurity policies, and data governance standards.
