Data Analyst II – Credit

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst II to join the Credit department of Tamara, a fast‑growing fintech unicorn in Saudi Arabia. In this role you will turn large, complex data sets into actionable insights that drive product and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate actionable insights and identify growth opportunities for the Credit business.
• Design and maintain dashboards that deliver accurate, decision‑ready information.
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to support data‑enrichment needs.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high‑impact analytics projects.
• Develop processes to analyse trends and patterns in complex data sets.
• Ensure data governance and promote best analytical practices.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or a related analytical field.
• Hands‑on experience manipulating large data sets with Python or R.
• Proficiency in SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Understanding of finance, risk or product domains.
• Experience with machine‑learning tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau, PowerBI or Qlik.
