Data Analyst – Marketing (Bangkok, relocation)

About the role
Join Agoda’s data‑driven Marketing team in Bangkok and help shape measurable, at‑scale programs that boost customer lifetime value. You will work closely with analysts, strategists and data scientists to turn experiment results into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Design and run experiments on ad‑campaign structures, bidding and pricing across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
- Analyze large data sets from experiments, build predictive models (e.g., impact of TV campaigns, demand elasticity) and collaborate with product teams on implementation.
- Create and maintain dashboards, track performance metrics, derive insights and present recommendations to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
- 2+ years of data‑analysis experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a fast‑growing global tech company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to make fast, evidence‑based decisions and take ownership of impact.
Required skills
- Proficiency with data‑analysis tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL.
- Experience using visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
