Data Analyst / Senior Analyst / Associate Manager – Bangkok (Relocation)

About the role

Join Agoda's data‑driven Marketing team in Bangkok as an Analyst, Senior Analyst or Associate Manager. You will work on large‑scale experiments, predictive modelling and performance reporting to help optimise marketing spend and improve customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with ad and campaign structures, bidding and pricing strategies on platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor, Trivago and other search engines.
• Develop predictive models and analyse large‑scale experiment data to understand impact on bookings, demand elasticity and pricing optimisation.
• Build and maintain dashboards, generate performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and data‑science teams to implement findings and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 2+ years of data‑analysis experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity or a fast‑growing global tech company.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work quickly, make evidence‑based decisions and take ownership of projects.
