Data and AI Architect

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Data and AI Architect to design and deliver cognitive computing solutions for its clients. You will work with leading enterprises to shape their hybrid‑cloud and AI journeys, leveraging IBM and Red Hat technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design technical solution architectures for business problems using system‑engineering, cloud, probabilistic and stochastic approaches.
• Lead the development, integration and testing of end‑to‑end cognitive solutions, ensuring performance, scalability and reliability.
• Select and combine analytics components, content formats, data sources and content‑management interfaces to build comprehensive solution blueprints.
• Develop full information pipelines from source data to knowledge bases within Cognitive Computing platforms.
• Apply system decomposition and synthesis techniques with the Watson technology suite to engineer functional cognitive systems.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Deep understanding of system‑engineering principles, cloud architectures, and probabilistic/stochastic systems.
• Proven experience in performance architecture and engineering of large‑scale cognitive systems.
• Demonstrated leadership in solution development and integration projects.
• Experience with content management systems, data formats and interface design.
