About the role
GVT is seeking an experienced Data Center Engineer for onsite IT dispatch work in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The role is full‑time permanent and involves providing data‑centre support, hardware installation, troubleshooting and smart‑hands services for client locations. The position does not include visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide on‑site data centre support and maintenance.
- Perform hardware installation and configuration.
- Execute troubleshooting and technical problem resolution.
- Deliver smart‑hands services and related technical activities.
Required profile
- Currently based in or available to work in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant data centre or IT infrastructure experience.
- Availability for hourly, half‑day or full‑day onsite tasks.
- Strong troubleshooting and hands‑on technical skills.
- Ability to work independently at customer centre locations.
- Legal authorization to work locally; no visa sponsorship or relocation provided.
