Data Center QA/QC Manager (Onsite, KSA)

About the role

Decima International, a professional services firm providing project management and controls services to clients in the United States and the Middle East, is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control on major mission-critical projects in KSA. The role oversees the Project Quality Management System, ensures compliance with contractual and technical requirements, and drives consistent quality through construction, testing, commissioning and handover. The position is onsite in Riyadh and is open to UK and US nationals only.

Key responsibilities

• Own and implement the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP).
• Ensure construction complies with specifications, contractual requirements, approved procedures and quality standards.
• Perform FOK, installation, PUE and other required quality inspections.
• Lead QA/QC inspections, audits, surveillance and quality assurance reviews.
• Review, sign off and escalate NCRs and corrective actions, and track recurring issues and quality trends.
• Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and quality records, and lead root cause analysis.
• Report quality KPIs, risks and trends to the PMO and Owner, and coordinate with contractors, consultants and vendors.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover and final acceptance, and maintain quality documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong QA/QC management experience on major construction or capital projects.
• Experience in hyperscale data centers, mission-critical facilities, infrastructure, EPC or PMC environments.
• Practical implementation of ISO 9001 and experience developing Quality Management Plans.
• Experience with inspections, ITPs, audits, NCRs and reporting quality KPIs to senior stakeholders.
