About the role
Masterworks is seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain robust data architectures that enable reliable data access across the organization. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes ensuring high data quality and integrity.
- Design and optimise data storage strategies for performance and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data pipeline performance issues.
- Document data workflows, system architecture, and operational procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
