About the role
We are looking for a highly organized, dependable and detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our remote operations team. The role focuses on maintaining accurate, structured data across internal systems that support business operations and decision‑making. This is an entry‑level position with full training and guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Enter, update and maintain data in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, ensuring accuracy and consistent formatting.
- Review records for completeness, identify duplicates, errors or missing information and flag issues for follow‑up.
- Maintain organized digital files and apply standardized naming conventions.
- Track and log daily activities, updates and corrections, and prepare simple progress summaries.
- Prioritise incoming data requests, monitor task progress and communicate when clarification is needed.
- Support internal reporting by providing clean, reliable datasets.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to follow defined processes and work independently in a remote environment.
- Organised, consistent and accountable with a willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Sheets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
